Availability of Merchandise
Most of the pieces you see here are
original, limited edition designs and are not pre-made in
quantity. In almost all cases, the one you see is the only one I
have. If you see something you like, it is advisable that you
purchase it at that time because it may not be available later.

Gift Packaging
Your purchase will be
beautifully gift packaged in a silver-foil box, tied with a
purple fabric bow and well protected by bubble wrap inside a
padded shipping envelope or shipping box. |
Alterations and
Sizing If you see a design that
you like and it is not your size, please contact me. I will be
happy to re-make any item in a smaller size free of charge. If a
larger size is needed, I may be able to remake the item for you
for very little additional cost if the materials are still
available. If an item from my collection is remade at your
request, it will NOT be considered a custom order and can
therefore be returned or exchanged as you desire.

Substitutions
Most items made of Glass or
Crystal can be remade in a different color. If you see a design
that you'd like done in a different color, please contact me for
availability of materials. If an item from my collection is
remade at your request, it will NOT be considered a custom order
and can therefore be returned or exchanged as you desire.

Custom Orders There
are no additional charges for custom orders, however, a
non-refundable deposit is required in order to cover the cost of
the materials. The deposit will be credited to the order at the
time of purchase. Regretfully, custom orders cannot be returned
for refund or exchange.

Payment
I accept all major credit
card payments and E-checks through PayPal. PayPal offers secure,
instant online payment options and uses Secure Sockets Layer
protocol (SSL) with the highest level (128-bits) of encryption
commercially available.
No account sign-up is required in order to use PayPal. Simply
add your purchases to the shopping cart as you shop and click on
the “View Cart” button found on each web page when you’re ready
to check out. You will be prompted for your name, shipping
address, email address, phone number, and credit card number.
That’s it! Using PayPal to make online payments is now easier
than ever!
I also accept personal checks or cashiers checks as well as
money orders. Please note that purchases made by check will be
delayed for confirmation of funds. Please also note that a $25
charge will be applied for returned checks.
DO NOT use the shopping cart to check out if paying by
check or money order. Please contact me with your order and I
will email you with payment instructions and an invoice to
return with your payment.
Only postal
money orders accepted for international orders. Please
contact me prior to checking out and I will send you an invoice
to enclose when you mail your payment.

Domestic Payments &
Shipping
- All purchases are
shipped within 1 to 2 business days via United States Postal
Service First Class mail and most usually arrive within 5
days. Please contact me prior to purchase for an estimate
of shipping times and costs for expedited shipping or
international shipping charges.
- There is no
charge for First Class shipping within the
United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

International
Payments & Shipping
- Only postal
money orders accepted for international orders.
Checks and credit card payments are not accepted for
international orders at this time. Please contact me with your order and
I will provide an estimate of international shipping charges
for your order and email you an invoice which you can
enclose when you mail your payment. Please note that the
shopping cart is not equipped to process payment or
calculate shipping for international orders.

Returns
My ultimate goal is that
my customers are 100% satisfied with the jewelry from my
collection! However, I realize that this is not always possible.
Because computer monitors vary, colors may appear different in
reality and the item you purchase may not match a particular
outfit as well as you thought. Additionally, I fully support and
endorse a woman’s prerogative to change her mind or to have
second thoughts upon receiving your purchase.
Please take a moment to review your jewelry immediately upon
receipt. If you are dissatisfied or simply wish to return your
purchase (except custom orders), please email me right away. You
will need to securely package, insure, and ship the item back to
me (at your own expense) within 14 days of receipt.
I will promptly refund the purchase price if the item is in its brand new, original,
undamaged condition. Please understand that SisterGoods cannot
assume responsibility for lost or damaged returned merchandise.
Exchanges
Please email me if, within 14 days of
receipt, you would like to exchange your purchase
(except custom orders) for another item from the SisterGoods
collection. I will refund the purchase price of the original
item and send you an invoice for the new item you wish to purchase.

Repairs
Great care is taken in
creating my jewelry designs and each item is inspected for
quality and durability at creation as well as before shipping.
However, if an item from my collection is found to be defective,
I will be happy to repair or replace it within 30 days of
receipt. Please note, however, that repair or
replacement at my expense is contingent upon adherence to the
Jewelry Care guidelines found on this
site and does not include normal wear and
tear nor misuse.
Please note that gemstone
beads and pearls are products of nature. Therefore, slight
imperfections and irregularities are inherent for the material
and should not be considered defects in craftsmanship. In
addition, many of the sterling silver beads and spacers used are
individually and painstakingly handcrafted by artisans. They are
not mass-produced. This means that no two beads are exactly the
same.
